We noticed that many of you are interested in businesses as investment opportunities! As a result, this year, we will give you the opportunity to analyze small and medium enterprises! The challenge: create a business plan, tell us how the business will make returns, and the best plan wins! As usual, this will be done in groups of 5!
The financial markets present a good opportunity for us to make passive returns that will generate money for us in the long term. The challenge - how do we determine which shares to invest in and which ones to leave out? That is why this year you will also be analyzing companies and giving buy, sell or hold recommendations based on the research you do! You will also manage a virtual trading portfolio. The best company analysts and the best portfolio managers win!

The Valuraha Investment Club is a club that operates in high schools with the goal of teaching students how to save and invest in a fun and interactive way! The premise is that we interact with money every day, but no one teaches us how to deal with it.
Since students are driven by competition, we introduce a competitive aspect to the club by running the Valuraha Investment Challenge where these schools and students come together to determine the best portfolio managers and researchers.
In order to achieve this we need mentors/facilitators. A mentor's main roles involves helping the students go through the curriculum, assisting the students to understand investments and how to analyze a company, answering any questions that the students may have and preparing the students for the Valuraha Investment Challenge to ensure that your school wins! :)
